This cosy, renovated 82m² holiday home is located in the charming holiday village of Marielyst and offers easy access to a wide range of family-friendly activities, from Marielyst Gokart and Paintball Centre to Golf & Fun Park and a bowling centre. Enjoy the scenic surroundings, including cosy restaurants, farm shops and the natural beauty of the area. The house is located approximately 470 metres from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches. The house offers free internet and a spacious living room with TV and Chromecast, as well as a wood-burning stove, which is perfect for cold evenings and provides a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. The living room also has an air-to-air heat pump and plenty of board games for children and adults alike. The kitchen, which is open and connected to the living room, is well equipped with an induction cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. The holiday home has three bedrooms, all with double beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. A very cosy semi-covered terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing, and when it's time to whip up dinner, you can do so on the gas barbecue. The holiday home is located on a 1000 m2 natural plot, so there is plenty of space for play and relaxation, and for the children there is a swing and playroom with a slide. After a long day at the beach, you can use the outdoor shower (May to October).
