Description

In a nice area between the sea and fjord, approx. 1000 m from the sandy beach at the fjord is this holiday cottage on a 1000 m² garden plot. Open terrace of 14 m² and covered terrace of 30 m². Bathroom with shower. Functionally furnished kitchen with freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is combined with a large and personally decorated living room. Here is a cosy fireplace and a TV with satellite dish. The living room has access to the large pool area with swimming pool of 15 m². There are fixed carpeting throughout the house, however, there is tile floor in the pool area. Furthermore, there is a washing machine, dryer, cot and high chair in the house. The plot is a paradise for children, and there is a swing, a sandpit and a lovely playhouse. Free admittance to the following exciting activities for all seasons for the entire family in "Multihallen" in Sdr. Nissum (close to the cottage): fitness, squash, mini-courses for ball games, tennis, badminton, volleyball, billiards/pool, table tennis, table football, airhockey and electronic darts. All you have to pay for is if you want to use shooting simulator. Free admittance to water park.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Die Aufteilung der Räume ist gut, das Bad ist schön groà und das Haus ist sowohl technisch als auch mit Mobiliar und Geschirr usw gut ausgerüstet, Wir hatten ein paar sehr kühle und stürmische Tage und hatten EINE Heizung an, die den Raum sehr gut mit Wärme versorgt hat, Auch der Poolbereich ist gut, das Becken ausreichend zum relaxen, schwimmen usw, Wir mögen auch sehr die Grösse der Grundstücke, weil so jeder seinen Ruheraum hat,
