Description
A rare architectural cottage with panoramic views of Roskilde Fjord. Both large and small children will love the activity room with both table tennis and darts. Here on the child-friendly coast you can holiday in a modern and very complete quality house, where only the best materials & # 8211; from nano-treated kitchen, solid wood floors to designer bathtubs. Nothing in the house is left to chance. Thus, the room division is perfect for two families or couples of friends who want to vacation together. The house has two separate sections, each with a double room, a children's room and a bathroom, and with a very spacious kitchen-dining room in the middle. The extra bed in one of the rooms is 170 cm long. Large panoramic windows on the entire water side let the light in, and the high location provides a completely unobstructed view of the fjord towards the Hornsherred peninsula. The terrace follows the water side and invites to cozy barbecue evenings on a charcoal grill. There are also opportunities for activities, including table tennis - however, you must bring your own table tennis bat if extra good bats are desired. With the binoculars you can follow the migratory birds resting in the area in spring and autumn, and in the peaceful holiday home area there is no artificial light that disturbs the starry sky. The house is presented in the magazine BO BEDRE from July 2019. Not for rent to youth groups.

Die panoramischen Ausblicke auf den Roskilde Fjord waren absolut atemberaubend vom Wohnzimmer aus, Wir genossen viele gemütliche Abende auf der Terrasse, grillten und schauten den Sonnenuntergang, Die Kinder liebten den Aktivitätsraum—genug Platz für Tischtennis und Darts, Sehr empfehlenswert für Familien!

Das Ferienhaus in Ølsted ist ein verstecktes Juwel, Wir liebten den großzügigen Grundriss, perfekt für unsere beiden Familien, Jeder Bereich fühlte sich privat, aber doch verbunden an, Der große Küchen-Essbereich war ideal für unsere Zusammenkünfte, und die Kinder hatten Spaß im Aktivitätsraum mit Tischtennis und Darts, Die panoramischen Ausblicke auf den Roskilde Fjord waren einfach atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang, Wir verbrachten die Abende mit Grillen auf der Terrasse und genossen die friedliche Umgebung, Ich kann dieses schöne Haus für einen Familienurlaub nur empfehlen!
Wir haben unser Wochenende hier genossen, Das Haus war gut gepflegt und modern gestaltet, Es war schön, einen eigenen Eingang und eine geräumige Terrasse zum Entspannen zu haben, Die lokale Pizzeria, Ølsted Pizza & Grill, war in kurzer Fahrdistanz und hatte leckeres Essen!

Fantastische Lage. Haus sehr groß und direkt am Roskildefjord. Fantastische Küche und Badezimmer. Raumheizung (oder Kühlung im Sommer) erfordert jedoch Aufklärung, die wir vermisst haben. Nach ein paar Tagen sanken die Temperaturen und dann blieben wir davon fern. Darüber hinaus besteht die gesamte Westfassade (mit Blick auf den Flor) aus Dreifachverglasung. Das Wetter war schön, aber die Sonne geht im Westen unter und das ist intensiv. Wir waren froh, als der Kupferkäfer gegen 18 Uhr ausging. Dann konnten wir essen. Das war Ende März. Ich hasse es, daran zu denken, wie das im Juli sein wird.
