Large holiday cottage in 1st row to the and with panoramic views over the fjord. The house was built in 2006 and is brightly decorated. Located on a 1800 m² large plot directly to the beach. The house has 2 levels and from both you have a fantastic panoramic view of the fjord. The ground floor consists of entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, sauna, whirlpool, bathroom and a 35 m² large kitchen-dining area with panoramic views, wood-burning stove and satellite dish with German TV channels. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a 35 m2 large living room with additional kitchenette and wood-burning stove as well as the most amasing panoramic views. Outside you will find both 28 m² open terrace and a 12 m² covered terrace.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
