The house is energy saving as there is air / air heat pump. There is free, wireless internet and TV with many Danish and German channels. The four bedrooms are divided into 2 with double beds and 2 with each two single beds. The bathroom, which has a whirlpool and shower, has underfloor heating. There is also a guest toilet and a smaller utility room with underfloor heating. There is also a washer and dryer. On the large terrace you can grill and enjoy yourself. In the garden, which is fenced in 120 cm in height, there are swings for the little ones. The reason is approx. 1,200 m2, so there is a good opportunity to frolic. Not for rent to youth groups.
