Description
Very attractive vacation home right at the front of the first row on the coast at Skarrev. Location and amenities in a class of their own! The vacation home is characterized by an architecturally attractive design, with the longest side of the house facing the water. From the very large kitchen-diner of the house, you can enjoy the most wonderful view of the water! All rooms have comfortable underfloor heating. The interior is decorated in a beautiful Nordic style. Built in 2021 from high-quality materials, this spacious vacation home consists of an open kitchen connected to the living room, where there is a TV and direct access to the partially covered terrace. Outside, there is a barbecue and garden furniture. The house also has four bedrooms and two good bathrooms. The beautiful beach of Skarrev is only about 25 meters from the house and offers, among other things, a pétanque court and soccer goal, as well as a small playground at the nearby campsite, which you are welcome to use. After a refreshing dip in the sea, you can rinse off under the house's outdoor shower at the back of the house. The vacation home is located on a large natural property, and there is also a large communal area that is perfect for ball games, etc. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Das Haus verfügt über eine groÃzügige Fläche von ca, 140qm, Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche bietet sich sehr gut zum Aufenthalt von 2 Familien mit Kindern, Es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus für locker bis zu 4 Autos, Das Haus ist sehr modern und energieefizient, Gedämmte Wände und 3-Fach-Verglasung senken die Heizkosten, Es gab einen Markengeschirrspüler von Miele sowie einen Ofen von Miele, Die Beleuchtung war ansprechend, Im Sommer gibt es eine schöne Terasse die man nutzen kann, Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn,
