The cottage has a large heated swimming pool and a garden with a fireplace.
On the first floor are two bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom. The living room with kitchen and dining room are located on the second floor, where there is also a bathroom. The living room also features an extra bed for a fifth person.
All rooms have balconies with a wonderful view of the sea.

wir haben uns in Eurer Villa "Berina" sehr wohl und schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt, für uns war alles perfekt und damit sehr erholsam! Die Ausstattung der Villa liess keine Wünsche offen, das morgendliche Frühstück in der Sonne mit Blick auf Hügel und Meer haben wir jeden Tag genossen! Herzlichen Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft - wir kommen gerne wieder!
Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ruhige Lage des Hauses, der tolle Fernblick, die Nähe zu den schönen Stränden von Makarska und die vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - beispielsweise mit dem Schiff nach Hvar und Brac, Fahrten ins Biokovo-Gebirge zum Sveti Jure (durch die Herbstfärbung der Bäume im OKT besonders beeindruckend!), Botanischer Garten, Split, Trogir, Krka Wasserfälle u.v.a.m.
