Description

The solid stone house is practically and easily maintained, decorated in a white country house style. It is located in the Bungalow Park Geerstmerambacht, right on the North Holland Canal.

The cozy open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as three tiled bedrooms, make for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A grill, garden furniture, and a sun umbrella are available for the wind-sheltered terrace.

Our holiday home is family and child-friendly, complete with a high chair and travel cot.

A holiday is also recommended in autumn and winter, as the iodine-rich air is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers and asthmatics.

Getting there

You can reach the bungalow park "Geestmerambacht" Schoorldam/Warmenhuizen via the A9 motorway from Amsterdam to the "Den Helder" exit (Alkmaar).
At the subsequent roundabout, follow the N9 towards Den Helder. After about 14 km, you will be at the height of Schoorl.
There, leave the N9 towards Schoorl, at the following roundabout continue towards Schoorldam, Warmenhuizen, Koedijk and cross over the North Holland Canal via the white drawbridge. After 200 m, turn left at the crossroads into Westfriesedijk. After about 1 km on the left side of the road is the reception of the bungalow park. Leave this to your left and turn further left into the bungalow park after about 200 m.

Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Ferienhaus, schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Texel, Alkmaar, Amsterdam nur 60 km entfernt)
möglich. Ideal zum radeln. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort.

Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben eine Woche in diesem sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Garten mit Blick auf den Damm. Besonders entspannend bei untergehender Sonne, wenn die Schiffe vorbeiziehen. Auch die Umgebung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Strand, Fahrradfahren, Besuch im Tulpenland, interessant für Groß & Klein, Schagens historischer Markt, Käsemarkt in Alkmaar und natürlich auch Amsterdam sowie die Insel Texel. Es war rundum alles sehr empfehlenswert, sodass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 15 & 17 Jahre alt in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Der abendliche Spaziergang direkt am Kanal ist ein unbedingtes Muss!
Leider ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung nicht viel los, wenn man mit Jugendlichen, wie wir verreist ist, aber Familien mit kleineren Kindern sind dort wunderbar aufgehoben.
Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Aber wie gesagt, das Haus ist wirklich spitze.
Besonders die Stadt Alkmaar hat es uns angetan.

wir waren 14 Tage in dem umfangreich eingerichteten Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung lädt eigentlich nur zum Spazierengehen ein. Für abendliche Aktivitäten ist nur das nahe Alkmaar geeignet. Letztendlich kann man das Ferienhaus uneingeschrängt empfehlen.

Eine schöne Woche haben wir in einem gepflegten und sehr sauberen Ferienhaus verbracht.
Für unseren Geschmack ließ es keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage, direkt am Kanal, ist toll. Wenn Mann keine Lust hat weit zu fahren bleibt man einfach da und bewundert die bunte Vogelwelt oder die Schiffe.
Die Lage ist aber Ideal um diverse Ausflüge zu planen, so ist es nach Amsterdam z.B. Nicht weit und die Insel Texel lädt auch zu einem Tagesausflug ein.
Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus am Nordholland Kanal! Sehr gute umfangreiche Ausstattung. Wir haben noch nie eine so umfangreiche Küchenausstattung erlebt. Die Terasse war super, weil sie selbst zu dieser Jahresze8t ein windgeschütztes Plätzchen bot.
Sehr schöne Umgebung zum Fahrrad fahren. Wunderschöne Dünenlandschaft in Schorl. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Schorl und Warmhuisen.
