At the “Alte Remise” you will find 70 m² of living space plus 50 m² of terrace and garden – a private retreat offering peace and quiet.
Ground floor (EG): Living kitchen furnished with Biedermeier antiques, reading/sleeping room, modern kitchen with dishwasher, direct access to the terrace and a charming small garden overlooking the park.
Upper floor (OG): Spacious living/sleeping area beneath the exposed roof beams: comfortable double bed (1.80 m) with privacy screen (paravent), dining area, TV, pantry kitchen, bright daylight bathroom with shower, separate WC.
(If 32 m² on the upper floor are sufficient for you, please let me know – this can also be booked separately.)
Throughout the house: underfloor heating, safe, built-in cupboards, modern art, TV, Wi-Fi on request, free parking space under the carport.
