"Prepayment amount" = 20% (of the total rental price) must be paid to confirm the booking.
Cancel free of charge up to 61 days before arrival for any reason (valid for all bookings from 06/02/2021).
If you cancel 36 to 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund of 1/4 of the "advance payment amount".
If you cancel 35 days (and less) before arrival, the prepayment amount will not be refunded.
COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION
In the event of the following travel disruptions related to Covid-19, guests will be granted a free cancellation of their reservation stay:
- Closure of the border of the guest's country or closure of the Croatian border for tourist travel (border closure restriction must be applied to part or all of the reservation stay)
- In case of a new pandemic wave in the guest's home country or in Croatia, if the governments declare a state of pandemic and block / quarantine all citizens (the officially declared state of pandemic must be applied to the part or the whole reservation stay period )
- If during the guest's vacation stay in our rental property the guest's home country applies mandatory self-isolation as an official obligation for all tourist travelers returning from Croatia, the host may authorize a refund for unused nights or may offer a voucher for unused nights in the 2022 season (it is the host's choice which option is offered)
