Description
Built in 1999, we took over the house in 2015 and completely renovated it in the winter of 2015/2016. In addition to new windows, the bedrooms also received new solid wood beds, mattresses, and bedding.
The separate toilet in the attic has been fitted with a skylight window. Right next door, our family rents out the house Maike with equivalent facilities. Ideal for two families who are friends.

Cancellation policy
The holiday home is firmly rented out to the tenants. If the tenants do not commence their trip, for any reason, the landlord is entitled to the deposit. The landlord will attempt to rent out the holiday home to someone else. If re-renting is not successful, the tenants must pay 50% of the remaining payment, provided they cancel at least 6 weeks before the start of the trip. If the tenants cancel in the last 4 weeks before the rental period begins and another tenant cannot be found, then 100% of the remaining payment must be paid to the landlord (we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance).

Wir freuen uns wenn es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat. Mit dem Härtegrad der Matratzen ist es immer so eine Sache und letztlich häufig auch ein Kompromiss. Wir haben uns ein wenig an unseren Gewohnheiten orientiert als wir Betten und Matratzen im letzten Jahr ereuert haben. Vielleicht können wir den Liegekomfort noch mit einem Matratzentopper erhöhen.
