25% of the rental price for cancellations up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period
60% of the rental price for cancellations from the 41st day up to the 28th day before the start of the rental period
90% of the rental price for cancellations from the 27th day up to the 1st day before the start of the rental period
100% of the rental price for cancellations on the day of arrival / no-show
The client is at liberty to prove that the landlord has incurred lesser damages. For example, if the property could be rented out for the same period and under the same conditions to someone else.

Important note: Our villa is located in the 5-star holiday park "Noordzee Residenz de Banjaard", on a large, completely fenced, beautiful property which offers a lot of privacy for relaxing, sunbathing/chilling out. 2 car parking spaces. The kilometers-long sandy beach of de Banjaard is just a few minutes' walk away, and it has been awarded the title of the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands multiple times. Brand new beds of 2.10 meters have just been installed.

Schöne Herbstwoche
Vorab die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Sehr kulant und freundlich die zweimalige coronabedingte Verschiebung unseres Urlaubs. Danke dafür!
Checkin problemlos mit Code für einen Schlüsselsafe.
Die Lage ist sehr angenehm und war ruhig. Gute Erreichbarkeit des Strandes, auch zu Fuß!
Abgetrennter Garten - super mit kids!
Geräumiger Wohnraum, super der 2. Kühlschrank, ausreichend Platz für Gummistiefel etc in Nebenräumen. Gute Größe der Schlafzimmer.
Anfangs gab es ein Problem mit der unzureichenden Reinigung. Herr van den Anker hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und es wurde zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt.
Zu dieser Zeit war der Park ruhig, nicht überlaufen. Spielplätze, Schwimmbad. Supermarkt.

Toller Strandurlaub in ruhiger Umgebung
Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten und bei uns war es wirklich sehr ruhig (Nebensaison).
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder und hoffen dann auf mehr Sonne, damit wir den schönen Garten besser genießen können :-)

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Es ist ein gepflegtes schönes Haus, mit allem an Ausstattung was man braucht. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und die Saune ist auch gut. Allerdings mehr wie drei Leute passen dort nicht rein, was meiner Meinung nach auch vollkommen ausreicht. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Park ist ein Fahrrad Verleih, Schwimmbad,Supermarkt und vieles mehr..
Wir fanden den Urlaub alles in allem echt super.

Schönes Haus für Familienurlaub.
Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit guter Ausstattung.
Man hat praktisch alles nötige an Ausstattung, was man so für einen Urlaub braucht.
Sehr gute Lage des Hauses im Feriendorf.
Was wir etwas vermissten, waren es: ein kohlen Grill und die komplette einzäunung des Gründstückes (kleine Kinder liefen immer wieder auf die Strasse raus).
Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.
Würde gerne weiter empfhelen.
