Welcome to this beautiful ground-floor holiday home located in a peaceful and secure private estate in Roquebrune-sur-Argens. Fully renovated and air‑conditioned, it offers a clear and uninterrupted sea view from the living room, the main bedroom, the south-facing terrace, and the large private Mediterranean garden. The view over the Bay of Saint‑Tropez is truly present everywhere—perfect for enjoying the scenery from sunrise to sunset without even leaving the holiday home.

The estate is secured by an electric gate, and all access gates are camera‑monitored, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.

Located just 2.5 km from the beaches and the port of Les Issambres, you can reach Saint‑Tropez in only 20 minutes thanks to the nearby shuttle boat. The estate includes three large swimming pools (33m Infinity pool, 25m pool and a kid pool) with beautiful sea views over the bay of Saint Tropez, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball, table tennis, 3 boule courts and a children’s playground. Several hiking trails start directly from the estate, with outdoor fitness equipment along the paths.

From June to August, a small bakery van drives through the estate every morning, selling fresh croissants, baguettes and pastries—perfect for enjoying breakfast on the terrace with its panoramic sea view.

The holiday home is ideal for a family with up to three children or for two couples. It features a bright living room with dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms: one with sea view and direct access to the terrace, and the other with a double bed, plus a double bed as folding back in the living room. A recently refurbished bathroom, high‑speed WiFi, a washing machine, and convenient parking spaces at the front and back of the building add to the comfort of your stay.

The private Mediterranean garden and the two terraces—one south‑facing, one north‑facing—offer multiple relaxation areas with sun loungers and outdoor dining spaces. Outdoor sockets for an electric BBQ are given plus an illuminated garden ideal for evening meals and relaxation. Surrounded by nature, enjoying calm and above all a stunning sea view, this holiday home is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway on the French Riviera.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und bietet viel Privatsphäre sowie einen atemberaubenden Meerblick. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt. Toll war auch, dass es eine Klimaanlage gab. Der Strand und Saint-Tropez sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Eigentümer war bei Fragen gut erreichbar und hat sehr schnell auf E-Mails geantwortet.

We spend ten fantastic days in the beautiful area of Les Issambres. You are close to nice beaches, harbours, supermarket (5 Min by car), cafes and beautiful towns with typical regional markets. To St.Tropez and other lovely places you can take the green-line boat if you want to travel without a car.
The apartment is very quiet and super clean. Perfect equipment for us with our two children. You have an amazing view to the sea and a nice terrace with dining place. There are two big well-maintained pools in the domain and you should try the infinity pool where you have the best view over the ocean you ever had. The pools are super-clean and even with kids in the water it was very quiet.
We felt very save in the domain and we know that we will come back soon. :)

Wir bekamen, was wir gebucht hatten: ein sehr sauberes Haus auf einem wunderschön gepflegten Anwesen. Das Bad und die Toilette wurden laut unserer Aussage erst kürzlich renoviert. Alles im Haus funktioniert. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Das Schwimmbad ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt etwa 5 Autominuten von der Küstenstraße und etwa 20 Autominuten von der Hauptstraße (A1) entfernt.
