In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not to the tenant's satisfaction, the landlord will refund all amounts paid by the tenant, without further liability on the part of the landlord.

If you cancel between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the net rent will be charged.
If you cancel up to one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the net rent will be charged.
Cancellations made less than one week before the start of the rental period will be charged the full net rent.
Administrative costs are always due in the event of a cancellation.
Upon receipt of a cancellation by the tenant, the landlord will issue a cancellation invoice taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled according to the content of the cancellation invoice, and the remaining balance will be refunded in favor of the tenant.
