Description
Through the hallway - with a separate toilet - you enter the comfortably furnished, bright living room with a dining set for 6 people. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV. From the living room, you step through the swing doors onto the sunny terrace with a garden seating group for six people and a parasol. After a day at the beach, you can relax in the spacious garden (600 m2) on one of the sun loungers, while the children have fun in the playhouse. The garden also has a barbecue area.
In the new, generously furnished open kitchen, you will find, among other things, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a combination microwave.
The house has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds (box springs). There is ample closet space in all bedrooms.
The new, modern bathroom has a shower and a washbasin.
The holiday home was completely refurnished in 2016. The house is heated electrically. There is also digital TV with many German channels and free Wi-Fi. You can park on the property. There is a garden shed where you can store your bicycles. Inside the house, there is also a storage room with a washing machine and a dryer.
