Grand Canal Suite has six rooms furnished in a contemporary and elegant style, all equipped with heating, refrigerator, closet or closet, iron, and ironing board.
A reading area with sofas and armchairs has also been recreated in the large communal lounge where you can relax after a day spent among the calli of Venice.

This room is on the second floor and is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a closet, a desk, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and no bidet.
The room is suitable for a maximum of two people.
The building does not have an elevator.

Our guests will have additional amenities such as television, free wi-fi internet throughout the apartment, air conditioning, and hair dryer.

* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
