The property is over 2000 square meters and terraced. The house is in the first row with a direct private beach access.
The main house has 3 bedrooms connected by a patio
In the afternoon, the patio is a cozy place to enjoy the evening sun. Two bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom with toilet and shower. The third bedroom has a separate toilet, the shower is located in the sauna room. Use of the sauna only after consultation!
In the summer months from July to October you can sometimes hear the animation of the hotel Tindaya in the patio.
Kitchen with stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge. In the living room there is a TV system, Wi-Fi available. Beautiful terraces overlooking the Costa Calma, beach and sea are in many places of the property.
A swimming pool (14x 4.5 m) with separate toilet and shower built as a cave is also available.
Above the swimming pool there is a barbecue area with separate kitchen which can be used on request. There are many different seating areas to linger.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Toller Sandstrand direkt vor der Casa.
Top Betreuung durch Nadine, Lars und Sandro. Es wird sich sofort gekümmert und vor allem ein herzliches Dankeschön an Sandro, der sich aufopferungsvoll und diskret um Pool und Garten kümmert, damit einem gelungen Urlaub nichts im Wege steht. Und dir Lars nochmals Danke für den Late-Check-Out.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem wunderbaren Haus
Die beiden Teenies haben im Nebenhaus geschlafen und wir mit unserem Sohn im Haupthaus. Auch die Kids fanden es einfach nur genial. Der Pool war toll, und auch der direkte Zugang zum Strand war sehr komfortabel.
Als Ort ist Costa Calma sehr ruhig und dort herrscht auch ein starker Wind (zumindest Mitte des Jahres), aber das sollte einem vorher bewusst sein.
Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall nochmal wählen.

Nachdem wir nun schon einige Jahre die Insel bereist haben, war dies mit Abstand der schönste Urlaub. Und das lag ausschließlich an der Unterkunft, in der wir die ganzen Tage verbracht haben.
Alles war einfach traumhaft schön.
Super sauber, einzigartig und Ruhe pur.

Eine unserer besten Ferienwohnungen
Die Einschränkungen durch den Sturmschaden wurden sehr transparent vorher kommuniziert und minderten die Qualität für uns nicht wesentlich. Wir reservieren heute schon für den nächsten Aufenthalt. Ein winziges Minus ist die fehlende Waschmaschine, was uns gestört hätte, wenn wir länger als eine Woche gebucht hätten.
