Situated directly on the Ziller Promenade (a beautiful walking and cycling path) that winds its way through the entire valley, Mayrhofen and Zell am Ziller are easily and comfortably accessible. Unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains are guaranteed. The outdoor swimming pool, bicycle and e-bike rentals, restaurants, bars, and shops are all within easy walking distance along the promenade. Far removed from traffic! A spacious, private, and covered parking area, as well as a cozy, quiet, and secluded terrace, complete the package.

The house features two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, one separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very spacious living room that can also be converted into two single bedrooms or one double bedroom. This country house, exclusively for your use, can accommodate up to six people. Baby cots and highchairs are available free of charge (upon prior reservation).

Just 5 minutes away is an organic farm with its own riding school, also run by the same family who own Landhaus Irena.
