The Loggia house with a large fireplace in the living room extends over 3 floors with stairs. It is cosy and intimate while being part of an ancient Umbrian Borgo from 1500 with a total of 6 houses.

Although it is possible to cook an excellent breakfast on your own, with a nice morning walk in the surrounding area you can choose to try out small bars in nearby Umbertide, where you will find nice shops and cosy restaurants where you can dine in the evening on typical Umbrian cuisine, enjoying an excellent truffle.

The accommodation has a washing machine and tumble dryer in a common room and a lovely garden to relax in. Parking is available on site and you can fire up the barbecue in a dedicated communal corner for a pleasant evening of grilled specialities. In addition, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen in the house is at your disposal.
