A multilingual library is at your disposal in the large living room, decorated with a typical Cauchoise fireplace and exposed wooden beams. There is a view of the dining room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen.
An office and a bedroom as well as a small bright living room with fireplace and a bedroom on the upper floor complete the old part of the house.
On the first floor the 6 bedrooms (one in the old outbuilding) look out over the garden behind the house. One of them has its own bathroom, the other one has a balcony with view to the neighbouring meadows.
The fenced and flowery garden, surrounded by the beautiful meadows, is sunny. Enjoy the large terrace of 40 m², protected from the wind, to spend pleasant moments of conviviality. A second large garden is the ideal place for adventures with the whole family.

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.
