Description
As you enter through the main door, you enter a small hallway. On the left-hand side, a door opens into the first bathroom (shower, WC). At the end of the small corridor you will find yourself in a living room with a TV and fireplace. To the left of the living room is a reading room (bed settee for 2 people). To the right of the living room is another corridor leading to a first bedroom with a single bed, a second master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (shower, WC) with adjoining laundry room and finally a third bedroom with 3 single beds (bunk bed). If you return to the living room and continue straight ahead, small stairs (secured by a banister) separate you from the large dining room, which is very bright thanks to the French windows leading to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to this room.
Exterior:
You enter the property through a large gate and can park your car in front of the house (max. 3 cars in a row). Behind the house you will find a beautiful garden with pool (3x7m, with fence) and views of the Luberon mountains. The plot is planted with trees and you will find a small sheltered corner next to the house with a table and chairs to enjoy your lunch in the sun.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case.
