This recently renovated accommodation is decorated in a fresh and atmospheric beach theme for 5 persons and is fully equipped. The bungalow is ideal for families with young children, but also for nature lovers, beach-goers and culture vultures. In short, something for everyone!Living roomThe cosy sitting area has a comfortable sofa and armchair. There is a Smart TV with both Dutch and German TV channels and access to, for example, Netflix. The living room has a cosy dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a high chair. From the living room, you look out onto the lovely, green garden with fine terrace. This is easily accessible via a sliding door or door from the kitchen.Open kitchenThe spacious and well-equipped kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, kettle, large fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, plenty of cutlery and crockery.BedroomsThere are 2 bedrooms in the bungalow. The master bedroom has a double bed with double duvet (220 x 240), a spacious built-in wardrobe and a small desk. The second, child-friendly bedroom has a bunk bed for 3 persons, a wardrobe and a nice play corner for children.BathroomThe spacious bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and walk-in shower with rain shower.ParkingThe car can be parked directly at the accommodation.GardenIn the fully enclosed, green garden with lawn and terrace with lounge sofa adjacent to the accommodation, there is a lockable garden house with storage space for e.g. bicycles. Indoor and outdoor play paradise de Goudvis is just a few minutes' walk away.Park DuinlandAt Park Duinland you will have a wonderful time. The park is spacious, quiet and green. It exists already more than 50 years and has a unique location, directly opposite the dunes and the sea, between the beautiful bulb fields. The cosy centre of Callantsoog and Petten are at cycling distance. The park has a tennis court and several small playgrounds for children. Next to the park is Camping Sint Maartenszee, with a small SPAR supermarket where you can get fresh rolls every morning. There is also a miniature golf course. Park Duinland is an excellent base for a long walk in the forest or on the beach, a beautiful cycle trip, an adventurous mountain bike ride, for an excursion in the surrounding area to one of the beautiful cities such as Alkmaar and Schagen or villages or a day trip to Texel!
