Interior:
Hotel box-spring beds, custom-made kitchens and built-in wardrobes, dining tables and washbasins made from 300-year-old Hamburg oak, raw steel combined with antique dressers. Comfortable sofas, a suspended Focus Slim fireplace, wine fridge, 2 refrigerators and freezers, high-quality crockery, Güde knives, coffee machine.
All living and sleeping areas have air conditioning, and the living and bathroom areas have underfloor heating. Our house is secured with an alarm and video camera system.
Exterior:
Our pool is 54 sqm, 1.50m deep, and features a shallow Spiagga area. A heat pump (for a fee) ensures a pleasant temperature even in the cooler months.
The outdoor kitchen with Beefer and Plancha grill along with a large gas flame makes perfect dinners possible. Then it's just a matter of choosing which of the many dining spots to set up. In total, we offer 4 outdoor dining areas and 2 dining tables inside the houses.

The rental agreement is concluded after the sending of the rental agreement & booking confirmation, as well as the receipt of the deposit.
Up to 8 weeks before arrival: 25% of the rental price
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental price
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 75% of the rental price
Thereafter: 100% of the rental price (of course, excluding ER and any booked bed linen/towels)
Nevertheless, the landlord will endeavor to re-let the property.
Regardless of the timing and reason (Covid-19, illness, lack of interest) for the cancellation/termination of the contract, a processing fee of 100€ will be charged.
