A large lawn area in front of the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, offers you the desired freedom and relaxation.
The bathroom, as well as the living space with an open kitchen, are very functionally equipped for your stay.
The 3 bedrooms in the rear part of the house provide you with the necessary peace to unwind and sleep with the 2x single/double and 1 x ET beds(P6). Included in the price is the bed linen and the free use of the swimming pool area for all guests.
Heating and cable TV are part of the basic equipment. The cable operator determines the programs. We have no influence.
The WIFI INTERNET can be used free of charge, so that you can also plan trips and events via smartphone or laptop at short notice.

The terms in detail:
You have the option to cancel booked trips up to:
4 weeks before the start of the trip.
The cost will then be only 30% of the invoice amount for you.
For short-term trips and arrival under 4 weeks, the full travel price is due in the event of cancellation.
We are happy to offer you a free rebooking to a later date in 2021. However, rebooked trips will then be charged 100% in the event of a later cancellation.
A travel voucher or transfer to the next year is not possible.
Pets are generally excluded from cancellation.
We offer free cancellation:
if we are no longer allowed to provide you with the bungalow. Also, if an absolute travel ban (not a travel warning) is issued by the Foreign Office. Quarantine conditions do not constitute a reason for withdrawal for us.
These cancellation conditions are valid from 01.02.2021 to 15.12.2021 and replace the cancellation conditions in the current rental conditions.

Nach den positiven Bewertungen sehr enttäuscht
Wer nicht viel Wert auf Ausstattung legt, ist hier genau richtig. Die Terrasse unseres Bungalows war mangelhaft gefliest bzw. kaputte Fliesen mit sehr scharfen Kanten. Sehr ungeeignet für unsere beiden Kleinkinder.
Die Lage direkt am Deich ist nett und das einzige Highlight am Bungalow. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier keineswegs.

mit Bedauern wurde Ihre Reklamation schon vor Ort von unseren netten und hilfsbereiten Kollegen aufgenommen. Es wurde Ihnen sofort ein hochwertigeres Haus ohne Aufpreis angeboten. Aber Sie vergessen hier zu erwähnen, das Sie uns überhaupt keine Chance der Wiedergutmachung gegeben haben. Nein, Sie sind sofort abgereist und können in keiner Weise die Annehmlichkeiten und den Service beurteilen.
Bei meinen spontanen Besuchen in der Bungalowanlage und den Gesprächen mit unseren Feriengästen hörte ich solche Beschwerden nicht.
Ich bin der Meinung, das hier ist nicht die Plattform um nicht genutzten Service zu bemängeln.
Unsere vielen positiven Gespräche und das Feedback zeigt, das wir ein solides Preis Leistung Verhältnis bieten und auf dem richtigen Weg sind.

Der Bungalow war in der Ausstattung ok. Die Jungs konnten Fußball spielen und hatten schnell Freunde durch unsere Nachbarn.

vielen Dank für die nette Bewertung. Wir versuchen natürlich immer sehr motiviert unseren Gästen einen perfekten Urlaub zu bieten. Wir sollten hier einmal deutlich machen, das jeder Defekt oder Mangel der an unserer Rezeption gemeldet wird, in aller kürzester Zeit vom House-service behoben wird. Das Wifi Internet steht immer nur einem Endgerät zur Verfügung, so das man sich abspricht oder ein Wochenabo für kleines Geld bucht.
Wir freuen uns auch über etwas kritische Stimmen, denn nur so erfahren wir, wo es unseren Gästen fehlt. Wir wollen besser werden und bedanken uns bei Ihnen und hoffen auf Ihren nächsten Besuch.

Ein toller Familienurlaub in tollem Haus
Aber wir waren absolut begeistert.
Das Haus liegt toll, man ist ganz schnell zu Fuß an Strand oder in der wirklich total malerischen Stadt Lemmer.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses sind absolut ausreichend, es ist alles vorhanden sogar ein Starterpaket mit Kaffee, Zucker, Spülmittel etc stand bereit.
Die Buchung war absolut unkompliziert. Für dieses Jahr ist auch schon beim selben Anbieter gebucht.
