Wir waren dort mit einer Motorrad Gruppe von ( 7 Personen ) und unsere Ansprüche an ein Haus sind nicht all zu hoch,
Zuerst das Positive :
Gut war das der Wintergarten war groß genug ist um am Abend gemeinsam zu sitzen, deshalb geben wir als gesamt Beurteilung auch noch ein Angemessen.
Schlafräume waren Ok ( für uns ) weiß nicht ob das jeder so gesehen hätte.
Großes Wohnzimmer Zustand : alles schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber OK. ( für uns )
Badezimmer und Gäste Toilette gut
Aber Negativ ist :
Wir hätten gerne draußen gesessen, aber die außen Anlage also der Garten ist völlig runtergekommen, hat nichts mit den schönen Bildern auf der Internet Seite gemeinsam. Auch die außen Terrasse ist in so schlechtem Zustand das wir sie nicht genutzt haben, Küche war eine Katastrophe dreckiges Besteck in den Schubladen auch der restliche Sauberkeit Zustand der Küche entsprach nicht unseren Ansprüchen , Außerdem war der Keller des Hauses untervermietet ,und uns wurde gleich nach der Ankunft vom Mieter mitgeteilt das er um 3:30 aufstehen müsse und wenn ab 22:00 keine Ruhe herrscht würde er die Polizei rufen . Internet hatte keine Funktion, nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde uns gesagt das es kein noch kein eigenes Internet im Haus gibt und man eigentlich das Netz des Untermieters aus dem Keller nutzen könne, was aber nicht funktionierte.
PS:
Wir sind eigentlich davon ausgegangen das wir das Haus allein bewohnen und uns nicht mit genervten Untermietern streiten müssen.
So was braucht keiner wenn er im Urlaub ist !
