Upon entering this semi-detached house, you'll find yourself in the modern and exclusively furnished living and dining area. Thanks to its floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, it's a light-filled room with breathtaking views of the Schlei estuary and the Baltic Sea. From here, you can access the terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or preparing delicious meals on the house's barbecue.
The wood-burning stove in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere and offers pure relaxation on cooler days.
The well-equipped kitchen has an open-plan design, allowing you to keep an eye on everything while cooking.
A shower room completes the ground floor.
On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms with blackout curtains. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. The single beds can, of course, be pushed together. The other bedroom has a double bed and boasts direct access to a balcony.
The highlight on this floor is the large spa bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and Finnish sauna.

Tolles, sehr komfortables Haus über 2 Ebenen mit Dachterrasse. Balkone, überall Schleiblick.
2 Doppelbetten, 1 Couch als Notbett im Wohnzimmer. Negativ eine blanke Holztreppe vom Erdgeschoss ins Obergeschoss, gewandelt und ohne Rutschhemmer.
Sehr kinder- und hundefreundlich, tolle Promenade, Spielplatz, Edeka vor Ort, sehr gut sortiert.
Strandnah, Restaurant, Eisdiele,
Im Oktober gebucht, es war nicht so voll und so auch angenehm.
Man muß mit Baugeräuschen rechnen, es sind einige Häuser in der Renovierung oder werden gebaut. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Alles in allem sehr gut und 5 ***** sind völlig gerechtfertigt
Müllentsorgung ist etwas umständlich, eine "Entsorgungsanlage" für alle, etwas weit weg und nur mit Schlüssel zu betreten.

Sehr schönes Haus mit ordentlicher Ausstattung. Lage war sehr schön, auf kurzem Weg alles erreichbar (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Lokal, Minigolf). Toll war auch ein kleiner Schuppen, da konnten wir den Fahrradständer sicher verwahren. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse unbezahlbar.
