Spread across two floors and 130 m² of living space, this house offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, and a fully furnished, fenced-in sun terrace.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area, as well as the light-flooded heart of the house – the living room with direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with a Finnish sauna await you. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout options.

One bedroom features a large box-spring double bed for two persons and a standing fan for a pleasant indoor climate. The second bedroom includes a single bed (90x200 cm) and a sofa bed (140x200 cm). The third bedroom is furnished with another single bed (90x200 cm).

Enjoy sunny summer days on the fully fenced terrace, complete with high-quality electric grill. A garden table with six chairs and a sun umbrella are also provided. A free parking space is available in front of the house. All windows are fitted with insect screens.
