Arriving at the house via the road, we find covered parking with capacity for 2 vehicles and an attractive garden. The external terrace has a wooden dining table. Entering the house via the terrace we arrive in a large dining room area with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen. Crossing the dining room we enter the hallway leading to the rear of the house. On the right there is a double bedroom with two single beds and decorated in neutral shades, a further double bedroom with two single beds, large fitted wardrobe and complete bathroom with shower. To the left of the hallway is a modern bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with king-size bed.
The upper floor, which is accessed from the exterior of the house, comprises an independent apartment. This contains a large living room with three sofas, TV and fireplace, a small kitchen, large double room with king-size double bed and complete bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is air conditioning.
In front of the house there is a spacious garden with lawn, ideal for children, an area with patio armchairs in the shade of a lovely tree and, separated by a fence, is the swimming pool zone, with a pool measuring 10m x 5m, surrounded by lawn, hammocks and a barbecue so that you can enjoy meals in the open air.
