The renter may withdraw from the rental agreement at any time. In the event of such a withdrawal, the renter shall be liable for the following compensation payments, according to the following breakdown
Withdrawal up to 46 days prior to arrival: 25 % of the rate,
up to 30 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the rate
up to 04 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the rate
up to 01 day prior to arrival: full rate
The renter shall have the right to find a substitute who will rent the property for the full original duration of the renter's stay. At the landlord's discretion, a fee of € 50.00 may be charged for this

Einfach nur Traumhaft
Wir haben abgespeichert, dass es u. U. schwierig sein kann, die Hytte im Dunkeln zu erreichen und berücksichtigen das nun bei der Vorabinformation. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie die Zeit genossen haben.
Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung
Die Küche ist toll eingerichtet.Was mir besonders Gefallen hat, dass Lebensmittel des täglichen Bedarfs ( Mehl, Zucker, Gewürze) vorrätig sind. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Natur ist unbeschreiblich, muss man gesehen haben.
Überwältigend
jetzt ist es bereits eine Woche her, wo wie schweren Herzens wieder abreisen mussten. Wir sind schon mit einigen Erwartungen (vor allem Schnee zu sehen) von zu Hause losgefahren. Die Blicke unserer Familienmitglieder wurden immer ungläubiger, je höher es den Berg hinauf ging. Ihr habt euch doch verfahren! Wir waren uns selbst nicht mehr sicher, bis wir dann vor Ihrer Hytte standen :o) Der Ausblick verschlug uns den Atem und als wir die Tür öffneten hörte man nur noch ohs und ahs. So gemütlich, warm und liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich zu Hause fühlte. Es fehlte an nichts, an alles war gedacht. Das Wetter spielte auch mit, so dass wir das erste mal auf Skiern stehen konnten bei strahlendem Sonnenschein. Also für uns war alles perfekt und wir würden so gerne wieder kommen!!

Die Umgebung lädt zum Entdecken ein und die Ruhe ist Erholung für Auge, Ohr und Seele.
Wir haben uns super erholt und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.
wir freuen uns sehr, dass Ihnen der erste Norwegen-Urlaub in unserer Hytte so gut gefallen hat. Von dieser Ruhe sind auch wir immer noch bei jedem Aufenthalt beeindruckt. Ist es doch genau das, was wir alle suchen im Urlaub - Ruhe und Erholung.
