My four rooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, separate toilet and balcony are spread across 128 m² of living space.
I am available to my guests for sole occupancy. Four people will feel happy and content here, additional guests upon request. A garage behind me and an additional lockable space with a covered parking area is to my right, ideal for storing bicycles.
Three cars can easily park at my entrance. From my location on the outskirts of Kircherg, on Rothenburger Landstraße 41, it is just 1.5km to the romantic old town. The DTV has classified me with 4 stars for the 3rd time, therefore attesting to my overall high-quality amenities with upscale comfort.

Upon conclusion of a contract, 30% of the total amount is due within 7 days, the remaining amount is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival: 90% of the rental price, if the house cannot be otherwise rented, then the entire rental price. The lessor will try to find a new lessee for the house. The income obtained in that process will offset the cancellation fee.
