Description

On a 2200 m2 large natural plot with trees and only about 300 meters from the coast at Helligsø Drag is this extremely well-kept cottage. The house is built of wood and inside the visible beams give a wonderful atmosphere and the feeling of a real cottage. There is a bright kitchen equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs, extractor hood and dishwasher. From the combined living / dining room there is direct access to the covered / open terrace that extends all the way around the house. There are TVs with chromecast for streaming your own streaming services. Bathroom with shower. An air / air heat pump is installed in the house. The house has two bedrooms divided into one with a double bed and one with a double bed and bunk bed with two beds. The house is only a short drive from a bird-rich fjord area. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
