The apartment on the ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two separate single beds, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room.
On request: There is a mini-apartment, separately accessible from the main house with living-bedroom (one double bed), kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
The whole property has a spacious lawn for sunbathing, a hot water shower outside, a table tennis table, a wooden jetty with mooring for the house's own rowing boat, stand up paddle board and kayak. A concert grand piano and a sizable library are also available.
