I would like to welcome you to the Haus am See! We renovated it in 2020 with great attention to detail and clad it in wood. The living room has parquet flooring. Due to the great southern exposure, you have sun all day. Enjoy the view through the large panoramic window in the living room. The view is breathtaking; in every season! In the evening, by the fireplace, you almost have the feeling of being on a boat due to the light reflections.
The house is equipped with all conveniences, such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and whirlpool tub. You lie down on high-quality mattresses and snuggle up in down duvets. A place to let your feet dangle and caress your soul.
From here you can explore the beautiful area. There are many hiking opportunities in the Hunsrück and the longest suspension rope bridge in Europe. You will also find a great zoo in Rheinböllen. You are quickly on the motorway or in the beautiful Middle Rhine Valley.
This place is also suitable for children. There is a small sandbox and swings for children and you can let them play in the garden without hesitation. There is direct access to the lake, but it is not suitable for swimming and the shaggy shore means that no child would dare go to the lake.

Wunderschön und erholsam
Ist ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Mit sehr viel liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und für ältere Menschen ohne Hindernisse bewohnbar . Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf den See. Biggi ist eine super nette Vermieterin. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes 3-Generationen Wochenende im Haus am See.
Ein toller Ort, vielleicht sogar etwas mystisch.
Hängematte, Gänse im Tiefflug übers Hausdach, Grillen für die Jungs und auch mal eine Reinhard Mey oder Gilbert Becaud Schallplatte für die Ü80 aufgelegt...
Ich selbst habe die perfekt ausgestattete Küche gefeiert.
Biggi ist hilfsbereit, bei Fragen gut erreichbar und die mitdenkende Vermieterin im Hintergrund.
Mehr Haus am See (Panorama Fenster, 10m bis Wasser) geht wohl nicht.
Ein toller Ort, vielleicht sogar etwas mystisch.

Traumhafter Seeblick - Sehr erholsam
Wir waren eine gute Woche mit unserem Sohn (2) in dem Haus und sind sehr zufrieden.
Der Blick aus Wohn-und Schlafzimmer auf den See war wahnsinnig schön. Und da man kaum andere Häuser sehen kann, fühlt man sich schnell wie in einem ganz privaten kleinen Paradies. Das Wetter war durchwachsen, aber durch die teilweise überdachte Terrasse, den Kamin und die kleine Auswahl an Büchern (auch für sehr kleine Kinder) und Spielen, konnten wir auch die Regentage gut rumbringen. Grill und Whirlwanne haben wir nicht genutzt, dafür aber Kinderschaukel und Hängesessel. Alles ist sehr harmonisch, schön und doch auch praktisch eingerichtet und gemütlich, auch wenn man hier und da merkt, dass das Haus schon alt ist . Der Tierpark ist toll und nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir kommen gern wieder. Danke Biggi, auch für die Blumen!

Lakeside paradise
Biggi gave us the warmest of welcomes in her little paradise in Rheinland-Pfalz. The house has everything you need for a family stay: a cosy interior with unique touches, spectacular lakeside views, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, toys for the kids, ... We did some beautiful forest hikes just 20-30 mins away (Binger Wald, Soonwald, Geierlay starting from Forst) and visited the enchanting villages of Bacharach and Sankt Goar. I cannot recommend this place enough and hope to be back someday.

Unbedingt empfehlenswert!
Nach einer Woche Saar-Hunsrück Steig war es wunderschön, sich in diesem Haus eine Woche lang total wohl zu fühlen: durch das Panorama-Fenster kann man mit dem hauseigenen Fernglas Gänse, Enten Karpfen..... beoachten, es tut sich dauernd was. Und wenn man gerade nicht durchs Fenster blickt, kann man die gemütliche Wohnung genießen, alles farblich fein aufeinander abgestimmt, überall frische Blumen. Und ein herzlicher Empfang von der Vermieterin.

Perfekte Erholung am See
Wir hatten im Ferienhaus am See eine wunderbare Woche. Es war alles vorhanden und es wurde an alles gedacht. Vom Willkommensgruß und frischen Blumen bis zum Post it mit Erklärung an allen fraglichen Gegenständen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Häuschen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, der Ausblick so toll und erholsam. Einfach friedlich.
Die Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung (bis 40km) sind umfangreich und auch für unsere Kinder interessant. Etwas schade ist, dass fussläufig kein Bäcker oder Lebensmittelgeschäft zu finden ist. Wir haben die Besorgungen dann einfach unterwegs erledigt.
Birgit ist eine aufmerksame, hilfreiche und zugewandte Gastgeberin. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!

Genialer Ort zum Entspannen
Wir haben über Weihnachten eine wundervolle Woche im Haus am See verbracht.
Als wir ankamen, war der See noch zugefroren. Jeden Tag konnten wir, am Kaminfeuer sitzend, den fantastischen Blick auf den See genießen und beobachten, wie es taute.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht.
Auch die Whirlpool-Badewanne haben wir nach einem Winterspaziergang genossen.
Wir hatten uns einen ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen naturnah gesucht. Und das Haus am See ist dafür der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Wir kehren beglückt, erfrischt, erholt und gestärkt nachhause. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Pure Entspannung
Die Lage an einem kleinen See und das Haus selbst...einfach super! Alles sehr sauber, großzügige Ausstattung, darüber hinaus charmant und liebevoll eingerichtet - da fällt Ruhe tanken, rundum wohlfühlen und schlicht Seele baumeln lassen leicht. Toll!!
Familienzeit geniessen
Wir konnten mit unseren vier Kinder die leider viel zu kurze Zeit sehr geniessen, da das liebevoll gestaltete Haus es uns leicht gemacht hat: Eine grosse Küchenausstattung, eine Spielekiste, eine lustige Badewanne, Aussenspielzeug, viel Platz zum Spielen draussen und drinnen. Die Kinder wollten direkt einziehen :) Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war einfach und sehr freundlich, das Haus überall sehr sauber und mit lieben Willkommensgrüssen ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die wenigen Nachbarn ebenfalls sehr freundlich.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war weiter entfernt als gedacht, war aber gut sortiert.

DAS war super!!!!
Eigentlich sollte ich über irgendetwas meckern. Kann ich aber nicht! Es war einfach super! Ein voll ausgestattetes geräumiges Haus, das keine Wünsche übrig lässt!!! Meine Frau war von der Whirpoolwanne begeisterten! An einem kleinen See mit eigenem Zugang gelegen ist man mit viel Platz für sich und kann wunderbar entspannen. Kochen, grillen, Wein trinken: Urlaub!
