In the event of a cancellation of a valid contract, we generally retain an administrative fee of at least €70, and for rental agreements over €1000, a fee of €100. Cancellation costs per valid rental agreement are as follows:
50% up to 3 months before arrival
75% up to 2 months before the start of the rental
90% up to 1 month before the start of the rental
100% less than 1 month before arrival up to no-show
Of course, you will receive a refund on these costs if we manage to rent out the holiday home to someone else, however, the administrative fee due will be deducted.
Even in the case of a contract cancellation due to Corona, we retain an administrative fee of €70 for rental agreements under €1000, and €100 for rental agreements over €1000.
