Das Haus ist in der unteren Etage sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einige Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage sind sehr spartanisch und teils vom Platz und Stauraum sehr begrenzt. Der langflorige Teppich in den Schlafzimmern ist für Allergiker ziemlich ungünstig, zumal Tiere in dem Haus erlaubt sind. Das Inventar ist zum Teil nicht gut gepflegt. Wir fanden in der Küche verrostete Küchengeräte (Sparschäfer, Stampfer..) und bei allen drei Pfannen war die Beschichtung kaputt. Geputzt wurde nur sehr oberflächlich. Im Badehaus war aber alles sauber und funktionsfähig. .
An dem nächstgelegenen Strand ist das Meer sehr sehr weit entfernt. Fazit: wenn man etwas mehr Aufwand für das "in Schuss halten" und Nachbessern betreiben würde, wäre das Haus ein Traum.
