Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by providing a written statement to the landlord. The date of receipt of the withdrawal statement by the landlord is decisive. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, the following fees will be charged:
Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period 35% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal from 44 days to 35 days before the start of the rental period 45% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal from 34 days to 22 days before the start of the rental period 70% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal from 21 days to 11 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the agreed rental amount
Withdrawal from 10 days to 1 day before the start of the rental period 90% of the agreed rental amount
In case of no-show without a written cancellation, 100% of the agreed rental price will be charged.
The landlord may terminate the lease agreement before or after the start of the rental period without notice if the tenant, despite prior warning, fails to make the agreed payments (deposit, final payment, and security deposit) on time or otherwise behaves in such a way that continuation of the contract is unreasonable for the landlord. In this case, the landlord may demand compensation from the tenant for the expenses incurred up to the termination and for lost profits.

Die Ausstattung ist top und in gepflegtem Zustand. Unser Highlight: 5 PS Boot und Kanu :) Für längere Fahrradtouren sollte man besser eigene Räder mitbringen oder ausleihen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter konnte man sich gut beschäftigen oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen.
Das Beach Resort eignet sich für schöne Spaziergänge, vor allem vor Sonnenuntergang mit Einkehr in die Strandbar. Insgeamt ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
