On the ground floor there is a comfortably equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
On the 1st floor, guests can relax in the small reading room or in the cozy living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
The sleeping area on the 2nd floor offers 2 double rooms, one with a balcony and a twin room with a bunk bed, and there is also another bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor area:
In the well-kept outdoor area there is an open outbuilding with a large brick barbecue and a pizza oven, sink and stove, as well as a large dining table with chairs for al fresco dining.
A comfortable staircase leads into the pool (10.5 x 5.5 m; 1.45 m deep) and there is also a hot water shower.
The property is surrounded by meadows and trees, with wonderful panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside.
The pool lighting at night creates a cozy atmosphere. The pool is open from April to October.
The last 200 meters of access to the holiday apartment are not asphalted, but can be easily accessed by all types of vehicles.
There are 2 covered parking spaces on the property.
