Just outside Zoutelande, you can rent this beautiful four-person holiday home. It is located in the barn of a farmhouse and very comfortably and completely furnished. It has a beautiful dune view and a large, sunny garden, offering you a fantastic place where you can see the sun rise in the morning and enjoy the setting sun again in the evening. There is a large playing field for children and also a small meadow with some sheep and chickens. If there are more than four of you, you can also rent holiday home ZE178 next door.
Shops are situated within walking distance. Zoutelande offers several restaurants and terraces. Zoutelande offers the only south-facing beach of the Netherlands and, thus, most sun hours. On the ground floor, you have access to a spacious bright living room with a new, fully equipped kitchen. The living room is cosily furnished and equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, DVD player, satellite TV and radio. The open kitchen is equipped with a dining table, four-burner cooker, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and kettle.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds with box-spring mattresses. The nice bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
The holiday home has central heating, washing machine, free internet, high chair and cot.
The garden with views of the farmlands is adjacent to the living room and can be accessed via a sliding door. The spacious garden is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.
A bicycle shed and private parking are at your disposal.
You can darken the sliding doors with a roller shutter on the outside.

Heerlijk rustig, graag horren voor de slaapkamers in maken i.v.m. muggen en vliegen.
Schöne Wohnung. Betten 1A. Gute Ausstattung. Leider kein Sonnenschirm.
Das Ferienhaus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Einrichtung und das Gartengelände ist sehr gepflegt und ideal für Familien mit Kindern.
Een net huisje met alle voorzieningen die je wenst. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ligt op enige afstand van Zoutelande, maar snel heen te fietsen.
Reeds de tweede maal en terug een fantastisch verblijf gehad!
Wer das Meer liebt aber auch mal weniger Trubel braucht zum entspannen und in der Lage ist gut ein Kilometer zu überbrücken, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben es genossen und kommen hoffentlich mal wieder!

Geweldige vakantie gehad, accommodatie is prima. Servies en bestek zou iets meer mogen.
Mooi huisje met veel ruimte en grote tuin met afdak voor fietsen. In huis alles voorzien. Afwasmachine wasmachine koelkast vriezer fornuis combi-oven/ magnetron tv nette badkamer prima bedden.
Leuk huisje dichtbij Zoutelande. Heerlijke grote tuin waar je overal kan zitten. Tip: horren in ramen en deur ivm muggen en vliegen.

Vlakbij Zoutelande en toch midden in het mooie Zeeuwse land. Zeer gastvrije eigenaar. Een heerlijk startpunt voor onze fietsvakantie.
Die Ferienwohnung ist prima und liegt idyllisch etwas außerhalb von Zoutelande. Wir haben von dort mit den Fahrrädern ganz Walcheren erkundet. Zu empfehlen.
Erg fijn ruim huisje voorzien van alle gemakken met een heerlijk uitzicht over weilanden. Heel rustig. Wel stukje buiten Zoutelande.
Het huisje is netjes schoon, licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt net buiten Zoutelande maar met de fiets zijn zowel het dorp als strand makkelijk bereikbaar. Ons dochtertje speelde heerlijk in de mooi onderhouden tuin. Ook was er ruimte genoeg om onze auto te parkeren. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie en komen graag een keer weer.
Geweldige locatie mooi rustig gelegen huisje met faciliteiten dichtbij.
Alles aanwezig erg schoon en netjes komen zeker hier terug.

Verzorgd huisje, mooi gelegen met ruime tuin, voor een aantrekkelijke prijs.
Een plekje om nooit te vergeten, wij denken er vaak aan terug. Alles aanwezig in huis en de locatie is geweldig zo weids en landelijk.

Midden in de winter is dit huisje heerlijk behaaglijk en gezellig. Een fijn schoon huisje met alle voorzieningen. Goede bedden en alles bij elkaar een zeer comfortabel verblijf. Kindvriendelijk ingericht en vooral heel schoon!!!
Eine sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit viel Wiese und Platz im Garten. Sehr gute Ausstattung inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine. Kinderfreundlich und nette zurückhaltende Vermieter. Fahrräder sind empfehlenswert. Gute Anbindung Fahrradwege und dem Ort. Toller weitläufiger Strand ganz nah.
Wir haben mal wieder einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Bisher hatten wir die Ferienwohnung ZE178. Die Wohnung Z179 ist ebenso perfekt für uns gewesen :-) Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Zoutelande immer wieder super, in dem Haus kann man sich sehr wohlfühlen
Ein wunderschönes neu gestaltetes Ferienhaus. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen, auch Hand- und Geschirrtücher lagen bereit. Das große Fenster lässt den Blick in den schönen Garten frei und auf der Terrasse kann man ab dem Nachmittag ein wunderbares Sonnenbad genießen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht, das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig, selbst eine Waschmaschine steht bereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Es gibt Schafe, Gänse und Hühner, die man mit den eigenen Küchenabfällen füttern darf und eine sehr anschmiegsame Katze, die es besonders unserem Sohn (2) angetan hatte. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Frische Eier haben wir auch geschenkt bekommen. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man nach Zoutelande etwa 5-10 Minuten. Dieses Ferienhaus werden wir wieder buchen!
Neu gebaute Ferienwohnung, sehr schön, alles drin, was man braucht. Kommen gerne wieder...
Een echte aanrader, heel fijn vakantieadres waar we zeker weer naar toe willen. Gezellig ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien en lekker rustig gelegen. Bovendien veel privacy! De eigenaars hebben er iets moois van gemaakt, ze mogen er trots op zijn!

Die Wohnung kann man nur weterepfellhlen.
Een fijn plekje om te verblijven. Hele hartelijke eigenaren. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huisje aanwezig. Alles net nieuw. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
