In the event of withdrawal from the contractual agreements, the following conditions apply:
You will receive a refund of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the scheduled check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee. Additionally, there is a cancellation fee of €50.

The journey from NRW is quickly accessible through a well-developed motorway network through Belgium and the Netherlands. From Cologne, for example, it takes us less than three hours. So you can finally answer questions like "Mom, Dad: When will we finally get there?" truthfully without any worries :-)

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Die Häuser sind alle insgesamt sehr hellhörig, aber von außen hört man nichts, es liegt sehr ruhig, der gesamte Ferienpark ist trotz vieler Familien mit Kindern sehr ruhig.
Die Lage zum Strand ist prima. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. (Wir haben unsere eigene Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht, weil wir keinen Filterkaffee mögen '-) ) und eine Kuchenbackform.
Der Kühlschrank ist wunderbar groß, das Gefrierfach auch groß haben wir gar nicht genutzt.
Tipp:Eine Fußmatte fürs Bad mitbringen.
Schöner Kurzurlaub
Alle waren gleich sehr begeistert, wir hatten ausreichend Platz.
Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.
Sehr schön angelegter Park in 5 bis 10 min ist man am Meer zu Fuß, man hört sogar das Rauschen des Meeres im Garten.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Ein gelungener Urlaub!
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Vor Ort gab es einen Schlüsselsafe, was bei später Anreise sehr praktisch ist. Sicher werden wir noch einmal wiederkommen. Die Planung läuft bereits.
