The adjoining living and bedroom is equipped with a soft twin bed, a flatscreen TV and comfortable seating. Nordic design elements, lambskin, candles and bright colours highlight the Scandinavian styling of the interior.
An easel and painting supplies invite guests to 'get creative' and act as a witness to the building's past as an artist's studio. In the separate kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy said meals at the small dining table or outside in the sun in beach chairs on the south-west-facing terrace.
The bathroom is fully barrier-free and also perfect for wheelchair, as you it features an accessible, ground-level shower. A reserved parking spot for a car is located on the property.

Getting there
Via the A7 to exit Schleswig/Schuby. About 30 km on the B201 towards Kappeln. About 5 km before Kappeln, turn right after Faulück towards Arnis and Grödersby. Immediately after the town sign for Grödersby, our house is the first property on the left.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Haus, alles frisch und sauber! Idealer Ort, um einfach mal alleine eine Auszeit zu nehmen.
Spitze!
Meine Frau sitzt im Rollstuhl und für uns ist es sehr schwer, geeignete, behindertengerechte Ferienobjekte für den Urlaub zu finden. Meist sind diese von Nichtrollstuhlfahrern eingerichtet und schon sind diverse Dinge nicht ideal oder bedacht worden. Hier beim kleinen Onkel ist es anders: das Bett ist erhöht, Wendekreise im Raum großzügig, der Tisch unterfahrbar, Regale im Kleiderschrank nicht zu hoch und das Bad mit befahrbarer Dusche, gekippten Spiegel und stützenden Halterungen an der Toilette super, wenn man nicht mehr so kann. Vielen lieben Dank an die Mieter für den umsichtigen Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Hübsches kleines Ferienhaus am Ortsrand vom beschaulichen Schleidorf Grödersby. Geschmackvoll, sauber, sehr komfortabel und gutes Preis-leistungsverhältnis.

Wir sind große Dänemark Fans und lieben den hygge Einrichtungstrend, bei dem alles irgendwie skandinavisch anmutet und perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt ist...einfach total gemütlich, Nordisch ehrlich, ohne überfrachtet zu sein....genauso ein Haus haben wir hier vorgefunden und uns super Wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles sehr sauber und neu. Auf Grund super herbstwettes haben wir einige mal auf der hübschen Terrasse im Strandkorb in der Sonne gesessen und Kuchen vom Obsthof Stubbe gegessen. Es liegen übrigens diverse Tipps zur Region und seine Betriebe und Cafés mit nachhaltigem Konzept im Haus, das fanden wir besonders klasse! Wir kommen gerne wieder, großes Kompliment an die Eigentümer, die hier viel Geschmack bewiesen haben. Die Buchung über Designer Tours klappte einwandfrei, sehr freundlich

Das Haus ist Liebevoll mit sehr viel geschmack und liebe fürs Detail eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Alles ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich (Marmelade und Wein waren auch sehr lecker) Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen!

Das Beste
Wir reisen regelmäßig nach Grödersby. Wir lieben die Schleiregion und insbesondere den kleinen Ort Grödersby, da er nicht so überlaufen ist wie Arnis, Maasholm oder andere Schleidörfer. Hier gibt es eine gesunde durchmischung von ständigen Einwohnern und Feriengästen. Ich denke, wir kennen schon den Großteil aller ferienquartiere in dem Ort, aber so nett und schnuckelig haben wir noch nie gewohnt. Es ist super sauber, sehr professionell bei der Einrichtung durchdacht und geschmackvoll -nicht überladen- dekoriert, meiner Meinung nach das Beste, was in Grödersby für 2 Personen zu mieten ist. Wir kommen garantiert wieder. Danke an Designer Tours für die sympathische Begrüßung und unkomplizierte Buchungsabwicklung.
Wo war Pippi?
Meine Freundin und ich hatten einen schönen Kurzaufenthalt in diesem süßen Häuschen. Alles,was man braucht, war vorhanden. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet nd auch die Nähe zu dem schnuckeligen Städtchen Kappeln war optimal. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich super "betreut". Das nächste mal kommen wir für eine Woche!
Richtig schnuckelig
Laut Vermieter waren wir die ersten Gäste in diesem äußerst schnuckeligen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Auch wenn das Haus mit nur 55qm klein scheint, ist alles vorhanden, optimal genutzt. Hier hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht, was man im Urlaub zum Abschalten so braucht, ohne das Haus zu überfrachten. Sehr schön fanden wir die offene Giebelkonstruktion, die den Hauptraum hell und grosszügig erscheinen lässt. Die Dachfenster lassen sich natürlich elektrisch verdunkeln. Einziger Wehmutstropfen war der im März noch nicht aufgestellte Strandkorb, aber das kann man im Winter wohl auch nicht unbedingt erwarten,.. obwohl es schon ein paar Frühlingshafte Sonnenstrahlen gab. Laut Agentur ist dieser immer zwischen Ostern und Ende Oktober hergerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Grossartig
Frisch fertig geworden, durften wir die niedliche Unterkunft kleiner Onkel Probe wohnen und testen. Das ehemalige Maleratelier hat sich zu einem chicen, durchdachten Einraumappartment verwandelt. Hier wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch im Sommer, um dann auch die große Terrasse samt Strandkorb zu testen. Nur 50 m vom Haus entfernt beginnt ein wunderschöner Wanderweg Richtung Arnis, wo wir mit unserem Hund jeden Tag einen ausgiebigen Spaziergang an der Schlei unternommen haben. Super schön!
