As placed in its beautiful garden with large trees, it also offers luxurious interior services. Simple, everything is there, nothing is too much, and each object is tasteful. Like the facade, sober and elegant.
The ground floor offers a very large and bright living room, all open. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, an induction hob with hood, a large fridge with freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster...
From the kitchen, an opening leads to an entrance area with storage, individual WC, washing machine and dryer, and door to the outside at the back of the house.
On the living room side, there is a magnificent brick fireplace (wood provided).
Then you access the bedroom on the ground floor (bed 160 x 200 cm) equipped with its bathroom (with WC).
Upstairs the landing distributes 3 bedrooms, a shower room and an individual WC.
One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, the second with 2 joined 80 x 190 cm beds, and the third with three 90 x 200 cm beds.
Outside, breakfast table and deck chairs, parasol and barbecue.
The garden extends into small mowed paths in the tall grass.

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or e-mail to the agency.
a) If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains the property of the owner. If the accommodation could be re-rented at the same price, the deposit is returned to the tenant, minus the fee for the booking.
b) If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the deposit and the balance of the rent remain acquired to the owner. If the accommodation could be re-let at the same price, the deposit and the balance are returned to the tenant, less the fee for the booking.
c) If the tenant does not show up within 48 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the accommodation. The price of the rental remains the property of the owner.
d) If the stay is shortened, the price of the rental remains the property of the owner. There will be no refund, even partial.
