Tuscan holiday home nestled in the Casentino forests, on a 10,000 sqm fenced property in pristine nature, enchanting, child-friendly estate with TV, internet Wi-Fi, barbecue area, pizza oven, private pool, 20 minutes by car to Arezzo, dogs welcome.

Bedrooms
The holiday home with about 200 sqm of living space is spread over 3 levels: from the ground floor, you reach 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds via 3 steps; on the 1st floor, there is a charming single bedroom with its own terrace; and on the 2nd floor, there is 1 single room (pass-through room) from which you access an attic with 2 more single beds that can also be pushed together.

Living Room
On the ground floor (which is the 1st floor from the pool level), there is a spacious living room with seating in front of a fireplace, TV, and a large dining table, a second spacious living room, also with seating, fireplace, TV, accessible from the pool side on the same level, which forms an open space with the large kitchen, where there is also a dining table with chairs.

Kitchen
The large, perfectly equipped kitchen on the ground floor (pool side) has everything you need for cozy cooking and preparation, including a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, German filter coffee machine, Moka pots, Nespresso machine, toaster, and all dishes. There is even a small bar for a quick espresso. Another small kitchen, equipped with all electrical appliances, is also available on the 1st floor, where you can quickly prepare breakfast or a baby bottle.

Bathrooms
On the ground floor, near the pool, there is a spacious changing room with plenty of storage space, sink, washing machine, and shower (no toilet here); this bathroom is only accessible from outside. Still on the ground floor, there is 1 bathroom with a sink, bidet, and toilet (no shower or bathtub here). On the upper floors, there are 3 more bathrooms (one of them very small), all equipped with sink, shower cubicle, bidet, and toilet (not yet visible in the photos, they are being renovated).

Garden
The approximately 1000 sqm garden around the house is completely fenced, garden gate with remote control, parking spaces inside, there is a built-in wood oven for pizza baking and a built-in barbecue, a 2nd large portable grill is also available. On the upper level, there is a covered area for relaxing with beautiful seating furniture, and next to the pool, there is also a pavilion with a dining table, chairs, and comfortable seating furniture. The view of the surrounding nature is sensational, besides many flowers, herbs, and Mediterranean plants, there are several huge chestnut trees within the garden (noble/sweet chestnuts), a true splendor to see in early autumn and great fun for the guests to collect the chestnuts, take them home or eat them right there (best to cut the shell and roast in the oven). The farmers put the peeled and roasted chestnuts in a glass with red wine and spoon everything out together - try it, a real treat!

Pool
The pool is located on the lower, rear side of the house, is 11.50 m long and 4.50 m wide with a depth of 1.40 m. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe. Surrounded by meadows, shrubs, flowers, and trees, you can enjoy a magnificent panorama, the holiday guest lives here in pure, green, original nature, without road noise - in short, the right place to let your soul dangle and truly recover from everyday stress.
