Description
Opening the entrance door, we discover, on the left, a beautiful bright living room with TV. On the right, a beautiful dining room followed by a large open kitchen, fully equipped. The kitchen overlooks the main terrace facing south.
We can accommodate up to 6 people spread over 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom :
On the ground floor, a beautiful double bedroom (bed 180x200) with its ensuite bathroom and a French window to access the garden.
On the 1st floor, on the right, leaving the stairs, is a large double bedroom (180x200 bed) with en-suite bathroom and a dominant view of the vineyards.
The annex is located by the pool and has a comfortable double bed (140x190), a shower room and a kitchenette.
Outside, you will enjoy a well-kept garden with Mediterranean plants.
Several spaces are available for your meals:
- in the immediate vicinity of the kitchen, an outdoor table and parasol is the ideal place for morning breakfasts
- a large stone table under a majestic lime tree is the perfect place for your summer meals (gas plancha available).
For your private use, a large outdoor swimming pool (dim. 10mx5m) offers a refreshing place to relax on hot summer days. A roller shutter allows the safety of the youngest and sunbeds are installed around to enjoy the sunshine.
