Completely renovated bungalow with a separate "guest apartment". With the private lakeside property, our holiday home offers everything desirable for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
The house is located on the western side of Lake Garda between Limone and Gargnano, just south of Campione. There are only 3 houses directly on the lake and the small harbor of Tignale. The municipality of Tignale with its districts is about 500m higher and can be reached by car after a few kilometers.

Holiday destination
There is no public water supply available. Therefore, the utility water is drawn from the lake and purified through a filtration system. The water is not suitable for drinking, but of course, it can be used for washing, showering, cooking, etc.
Waste: household waste is disposed of in public trash bins, which can be found along the road. The nearest bins are located at Tignale harbor and near the Hotel Forbisicle.
This year (2023), we have carried out extensive renovations: for example, the garden and terrace have been completely redesigned. In November '23, the kitchen will also be completely renovated and equipped with the latest appliances.
