In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)

Free Wi-Fi. Up to 2 dogs allowed. There is a covered bicycle parking area with an electrical outlet where you can park your bicycles. Spacious parking area. There is plenty of space for children to play on the private grounds of Het Eikenbossie. Additionally, there are several picnic tables on the property to enjoy the view over the island. There is a wood-fired hot tub at the house.
Special notes:
Please bring your own bedding for the cot. Two dogs allowed. Young people are welcome if their parents are present for the entire period. We charge a security deposit of €350.00. You will find this on the invoice you receive after reservation. The main renter must be at least 25 years old and must stay in the villa throughout the rental period.
