Description

Modern country stone lined house with a great private pool, close to Alcudia in the north of the island with beautiful views to the countryside and the mountains and near the beautiful beaches. Built over 2 levels, with excellent finishings and cared for interior. The house has aircon winter/summer and is suitable for small children.

There are 4 bedrooms (3 twin bedded and 1 double), 4 bathrooms (all en suite and one with bubble bath). The kitchen is fully equipped and seperate from the lounge/diner room with access to the terrace and pool. There are several terraces, a furnished porch and a fantastic sunbathing area with decking surrounding the pool with terrace furniture and sun loungers. Located in a quiet area, close to town and all facilities, it is the ideal property to enjoy a wonderful holiday with total privacy and all amenities.
