Es beginnt bei der freundlichen Schlüsselübergabe, Zweitschlüssel ohne Aufforderung. Nach Eintritt in das Haus überrascht eine kostenlose Flasche Wein und im Kühlschrank stehen kühle Getränke bereit mit der Bitte, diese bei Abreise zu ersetzen. Toller Service und selten anzutreffen. Das Haus ist sauber, hell, gut eingerichtet und hat große Flachbildfernseher. (Im Prospekt sind noch kleine abgebildet) Eine kleine Stereoanlage verbreitet in allen Räumen (wenn man will) den eingstellten Sender. Herr Rüdel und sein Team ist jederzeit ansprechbar und stets zuverlässig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wie beschrieben und in vorbildkichem Zustand. Alles funktioniert. Waschnaschinen und Trockner befinden sich in einem
kleinen Extragebäude auf dem Gelände. Großzügiger Parkplatz am Haus. Preis-/Leistung stimmt.

Wir waren das erste mal in Zingst und sind mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind angereist. Empfangen wurden wir nett von Herrn Rüdel. Das Ferienhaus Leuchtturm ist eine Ferienwohnung innerhalb eines Hauses mit 3 Wohneinheiten. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Fernsehgeräte in den Schlafzimmern. Das eine ist ein kleines Röhrengerät und soweit entfernt das es praktisch nicht nutzbar ist, das andere gibt im Betrieb so laute "Brummgeräusche" das man es ebenfalls nicht einschalten braucht. Lage ist sehr Zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche - Vielen Dank.

Wir kommen jetzt bereits seit 14 Jahren immer wieder nach Zingst, da Zingst sehr familienfreundlich ist und alles fußläufig erreichbar ist, auch für die Kleinsten.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein großer Pluspunkt sind die bereitliegenden Handtücher und die bezogenen Betten bei Anreise und das ohne Extrakosten. Wir wurden supernett empfangen. Ein weiterer Vorteil waren die 2 Wohnungsschlüssel, da die Großen auch schon mal ihre eigenen Wege gehen, dies ist nicht bei jedem Vermieter der Fall. Als kleinen Manko empfanden wir die Vorhänge, sie haben wenig abgedunkelt und unsere Kleinen hatten Mühe einzuschlafen. Dank des heißen Sommers haben sich die Schlafräume sehr aufgeheizt.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall gern wiederkommen, haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Nette Mitarbeiter!

Wir waren zu fünft ( 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) Anfang November hier und wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit! Das Haus ist sofort zum Wohlfühlen, es ist sauber und warm, gemütlich und alles da was man braucht, sogar noch mehr :-)
Der Kontakt war sehr nett und unkompliziert, sowohl zum Strand als auch zur Ortsmitte ist es nicht weit, also alles in allem höchste Punktzahl!
Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!
