Schönes Haus, aber sehr unprofessionelle Organisation
Leider ist die Organisation sehr unprofessionell:
1) Im 1. Urlaub ist die Heizung und Warmwasser ausgefallen und wurde erst zum Ende des Urlaubs repariert.
2) Die Kaution für den 1. Urlaub wurde erst nach rund 15 Tagen ausgezahlt.
3) Im 2. Urlaub wurden uns keine Kurkarten bereitgestellt - trotz mehrfacher Anfragen per E-Mail / Nachrichten auf den Anrufbeantworter.
4) Ab dem vorletzten Tag des 2. Urlaubs funktionierte der Türcode nicht mehr. Auf unsere Anrufe / Nachrichten gab es keine Rückmeldung.
5) Ein Jahr nach dem1. Urlaub bekamen wir eine Zahlungsaufforderung über 1.000 EUR, weil wir vermeintlich die Kaution nicht gezahlt hatten. Wir mussten alte Überweisung bereitstellen, um den Sachverhalt aufzuklären.
Alles war perfekt und wir waren rundum zufrieden!!!
Vermieterin machte unmögliches -> möglich
Meine Bewertung bezieht sich allein auf das, was die Vermieterin an einem Sonntag möglich gemacht hat.
Das unmögliche, möglich zu machen.
Dafür noch einmal, ein ganz großes Dankeschön.
Vieleicht klappt es ein anderes mal, gerne würden wir wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit Hund Oma und Opa
Der Hausverwalter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Hierfür nochmals vielen Dank.
Unser kleiner Malteser (Mädchen)
hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Weg zum Strand/Promenade war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch zum Hundestrand war es nicht weit. Alles andere wie zum Beispiel Peenemünde ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Gerne sprechen wir eine Empfehlung für das Haus aus.
