The house is well suited for one or two families and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Well-equipped kitchen/family room that also serves as a dining room and living room with a sofa group where you can relax in front of the TV, read a book, or play games.There is a flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels and, of course, a fast, free internet connection. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two individual dressing rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the loft, which is furnished with comfortable beds. The activity room offers plenty of opportunities to bring out your competitive spirit. Here you can enjoy hours of entertainment with arcade games with 3000 games and table football. On one of the house's terraces, there is a luxurious wellness area under a canopy with a large hot tub. The area is screened off from view and stylishly decorated, ready for you to enjoy a glass of bubbly in the hot tub. The other terrace area is furnished with garden furniture. There is private parking at the house. The house has a communal area with a large playground where children and the young at heart can spend their vacation days playing on everything from swings, slides, and climbing frames to the large multi-purpose court. The court, which is covered with artificial turf, can be used for soccer, basketball, foot tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Between the multi-purpose court and the playground, there are several tables and benches – ideal for a picnic or refreshments. As a holiday guest, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the community center every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Food must be ordered upon arrival and paid for separately on site. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
