Alles war fantastisch! Das Haus war gut gepflegt und hatte eine charmante Atmosphäre, Die Nähe zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Nykobing F, Brandmuseum war eine angenehme Überraschung, Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts wunderbare Erinnerungen geschaffen,
Das Haus liegt nah an der Küste am Ende einer Sackgasse in ruhiger Wohnlage, Die Ausstattung und Möblierung ist neu und überwiegend hochwertig, Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist gut, Das Grundstück ist zwar nicht groÃ, aber komplett eingezäunt, / / Leider war das Haus bei Ankunft komplett nicht gereinigt, Die Endreinigung ist inklusive - heiÃt: die Kosten sind bereits im Preis enthalten und bezahlt, / Mal abgesehen von der nicht geleerten Spülmaschine und dem nicht gesäuberten Kaminofen ist es in der Verantwortung des Vermieters, für ein sauberes Objekt zu sorgen, Da wir am Sonntag anreisten, war auch ein Kontakt zum örtlichen Servicecenter und eine Reinigung nicht möglich, so dass unser Urlaub dann mit einer Putzaktion begann - wer möchte schon in ein schmutziges Haus einziehen, / Am nächsten Tag wurde dann eine Prüfung seitens dancenter angeboten, War ja nun nicht mehr nötig -Reaktion dancenter: na, da freuen wir uns aber, dass du selbst geputzt hast,,,, Ende der Geschichte, / / Ãberaus hilfreich wäre mal eine Dokumentationsmappe mit den Gebrauchsanweisungen bezüglich der vorhandenen Haustechnik, Regelung der Heizungsanlage, Smart-TV etc,, lokale Kontakte - so kennen wir das, / Die Wärmepumpe inkl, Warmwasseraufbereitung fiel dann irgendwann aus, Auf meine mail am nächsten Tag an das Servicebüro erfolgte keine Reaktion, Als ich dann nachtelefonierte, hatte man noch gar keine Kenntnis davon genommen, Praktisch gingen am Ende 1,5 Tage ohne Heizung und Warmwasser ins Land, / Ach ja, der Schlüssel für die AuÃensauna war nicht vorhanden,,,,, Also Sauna auch nicht nutzbar,
